Our client is a major facilities management company which has recently been successful in winning a significant contract with a national global petrol station and forecourt shop retailer
This role will cover a number of sites in the Guildford area
The key responsibilities of this position are
Carrying out several PPM Tasks to include visual internal and external areas and also reactive maintenance tasks as required
Hands on cleaning minor repairs and overseeing one or more cleaning colleagues
Completion of reports and communicating positively with all Forecourts Managers
Each outlet will be visited monthly to complete assigned tasks as required There is also a longer term maintenance programme to be completed on a quarterly and biannual basis
