My client based in Sudbury are seeking a PART TIME TRAINING DEVELOPMENT OFFICER to join their current HR team
The role is working 225 hours per week on a Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
Reporting directly to the Training Development Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering Training solutions which meet the needs of the business including researching inventing and implementing methods of training
If you are
CIPD qualified
Have experience within an HR or Training role
Highly motivated to design and deliver new and exacting methods of training
Able to interact with all levels of personnel both verbally and face to face
