Eclypse Recruitment is recruiting a fantastic position for a driven and passionate Learning Disability Home Manager in the Liverpool area The perfect candidate will be a qualified Nurse and have management experience as either a Unit Manager Deputy or Manager They are looking for a tenacious and dependable Manager to lead and motivate the staff team to continue to deliver a high level of consistency in care and play an integral role in supporting the service users to maximise their independence and achieve their own personal goals Daily duties include but are not limited to
Daily management of Staff
Conducting appraisals and disciplinary meetings
Budgeting
Marking of the home
