Our client is a leading Estate Agency with Branches through Hertfordshire They are looking for a viewings guide to join their busy Welwyn Garden City Office
Duties will include
Visit the office just before your shift to collect diary and keys
Accompany prospective buyers and tenants to properties throughout the day
Ensure good Time Keeping
Sincerely sell the benefits of the property and understand clients needs
Ensure security of the property
When possible gain valuation appointments for financial services leads
Encourage applicants to view alternative properties if those viewed are unsuitable
Maintain good levels of apperance
When not in the office hand deliver letters leaflets general adminfiling supporting the sales team
Ensure you are familiar with the area local schools shops etc
Be conversant with the estate agents act
