Job Description

Strong Administrator and Helpdesk person required for this national Facilities Management company based in Gloucester

This role is to cover maternity from 6 months minimum starting November 11

Ideally you will have knowledge of working in a facilities management department however we are welcoming strong organised personable administrators with sound office admin knowledge and a professional and calm telephone manner

You will be logging building maintenance issues on the QFM system speaking with building management contractors ensure jobs are dealt with and issued to the appropriate engineersFM staff raise purchase orders deal with invoicing and general office duties

You must have an excellent grasp of Microsoft office and be confident with any IT systems

A strong administrator ideally from an Facilities Management Building Services environment OR a very strong office support person with excellent organisational skills and professional but friendly teleph...
