Our client is a world renowned food and environmental testing company and is on the lookout for a suitably experienced Customer Services Manager within one of their Sheffield based analytical laboratories
Suitable applicants will possess a strong academic background in Chemistry or an Environmental Science coupled with demonstrable man management experience within a team leadership position Excellent communication and computer literate skills will also be highly valued
Duties of the role will include
1Managing a large group of Food and Water Customer Service Coordinators and Administrators
2Establishing an effective working relationship with the Service Manager helping to identify areas of improvement within the team as well as assisting with recruitment of new Customer Service Coordinators
3Develop good professional customer working relationships
4Provide help and support to overcome any problems within the workplace
