Key Responsibilities Accountabilities
Actively pursue payment from customers in order to ensure KPI Targets are achieved
Manage collection of unsettled invoices effectively and efficiently by telephoneand email on a regular systematic basis to reduce overall debt level
Responsible for 300400 live customersâ accounts within your own portfolio
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues in a timely manner
Build good customer rapport to ensue debt is collected in a speedy time frame
Discuss customerâs accounts with 3rd party solicitors banks and debt management companies
