Due to the continued increase in production volumes our client is looking to add to their current team of Shopfloor Section LeadersReporting to the Section Managers you will be directly responsible for the daytoday supervision of teams of Electrical and Mechanical Fitters in the manufacture of both generator and nonpower productsWorking within a fast paced Production environment you must be able to demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to achieve production targets and quality goals
Responsibilities include
First line supervision of approximately 20 Mechanical and Electrical skilled assembly line staff
Allocation of daily work programs to assembly lines
Drive shift productivity performance to achieve Production Plans
Drive the highest standards of Product Build Quality on all sub and final assembly processes
Collaboration with Stores and Materials Departments on material supply and defect material disposition
