This role is based on the doorstep of the Lake District and would suit a candidate who enjoys the great outdoors
We are seeking a talented Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to be involved in design for a bluechip client base You will be involved in FPGA Firmware Design Using VHDL and tools such as Xilinx ISE and Active HDL Schematic Capture using ORCAD embedded software programming using C or C and high speed databuses including PCI or PCIe
Any additional experience of the following technical skills would be highly desirable
Analogue Circuit Design
Design for Testability
PCB layout skills
Experience of working on safetyrelated systems development
Experience of product development in the aerospace industry
Experience of design to meet EMC requirements
Device Driver development under Windows or Linux
