My clients are looking for a passionate and experienced Service manager to join the senior management team of their Learning disabilities residential care home in North Wales working with Adults The ideal candidate will have their NVQ Level 4 or their RMA Award or RMN qualification or a qualified Social Worker ideally the candidate would have previous managerial or supervisory role with practical experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities
The roles and responsibilities of this position includes responsibility for the operational management and financial performance of the service to ensure full compliance with CQC CSSIW or OFSTED regulatory authorities and best practice guidelines within economic grounds Encouraging and enabling individuals to make informed decisions and choices
