My client is looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker to work in their Childrens EBD home based Dartford They require 24 hour care to children from the ages of 8 to 16 years for a number of years and are held with high regard in the local care community
You will contribute to the daytoday running of the home in accordance with all policies and procedures in order to provide the highest possible standards of emotional social and physical care for the children You will provide an integrated considered and planned response to the health wellbeing care and support within the home working in partnership with your colleagues as and when required You will be contributing to the daytoday operation of the home deputising the Home Manager You must be able to deal with stressful emotional demanding and challenging situations have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive professional relationships with young people
