A Stock Administrator Assistant Stock Controller is required for an SME Stock holding and processing company based in the West Midlands area commutable from areas such as West Bromwich Wolverhampton Walsall Tipton Wednesbury Handsworth Smethwick and Birmingham
Reporting directly to the Financial Director of the company the role requires you to provide full support to the administration department overseeing the control of all stock within the business valued in excess of 12 million
Basic duties for the role include
Receiving material onto the companies ERP computer system Movex
Producing delivery notes picking notes
Entering production orders for internal and external work
Producing stock labels
Scanning material test certificates
Printing test certificates for deliveries
Assisting in a monthly rolling stock take of warehouse
Assisting with the financial year end stock take
Assisting the FD to correct any stock discrepancies
