This role sits within a fast paced HR environment where contact with key stakeholders on varied business critical issues is a daily occurrence
Your role as HR Assistant will cover
Partnering the HR managers on the delivery of effective support within the group
Coordinate the new starter induction process and compile new starter packs
Conduct exit interviews and administration on the employee database
Contribute to new HR polices and procedures
Ensure HR database is accurate and up to date
