My client is looking for a QSW to work on a Family Assessment Team based in North Lincolnshire
The role is due to commence asap and is an ongoing contract
The role will require you to
Undertaking initial and core assessment of those in need of support services protection and care in line with the department of health frame work for the assessment of children in need and their families
Maintain case records and write reports for courts conferences and LAC reviews to protect and safeguard vulnerable children
Undertake agreed interventions in relation to child protection in line with statutory requirements written policy and procedures including working in partnership with other professionals
Assuming the role of key worker for those children subject to a protection plan and in need and coordination of the care plan
Support and advise vulnerable children and families in the community and coordinate the acquisition of resources ...
