Our client is a high end luxury Goods Company who are looking for a Financial Administrator to join their small warehouse team based on site at their new Essex warehouse
Joining a small friendly and hard working team you will
Deal with purchase and sales ledger entries
Review and input supplier invoices
Assist with stock checks both in the warehouse and third party locations
Sales order processing
Setting up new client accounts
Raising sales invoices
Compiling packing lists
General office administration including petty cash
Flexible attitude and willingnessability to perform some tasks in the warehouse should the necessity arise
Previous experience in a similar sort of financial administraton and stock management role alongside good telephone manner attention to detail and enthusiasm required Knowledge of Microsoft applications Excel Office Wo...
