Fine food led Gastro pub in Portishead nr Bristol is looking for a Sous Chef to help run its busy and successful kitchen team Applicants should have experience in all fresh food kitchens to at least Senior Chef de Partie or above We are looking for enthusiastic motivated and career minded applicants who are serious about their trade All food is made fresh on site and the restaurant seats approximately 80 covers with an additional 200 capacity outside during summer months The pub can get very busy in the summer months and so we need someone that is comfortable working to high volume It would be advantageous if you have some Pastry experience but this is not essential Shifts are a mix of straights and splits with all staff being given 2 days off per week plus Sunday evening off as the restaurant is shut on Sunday evenings Staff also receive days off in lieu of bank holidays
