Our client a family run care home in Salisbury are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the Chef for 4 weeks on a temporary basis
Duties will involve
1Ensuring that all cupssaucersdishesplatesutensilspotspans etc are quickly and tidily collected cleared and cleaned To wash dishes and kitchen utensils To fill operate and empty the dishwasher as required
2Ensure that all residents receive drinks at appropriate times and assist residents where appropriate or directed by the Chef Cook
3At morning coffee time collect the supper requests for all residents record and inform Chef Cook
4Support the Chef Cook in the production and supply of all meals To prepare vegetables and other foodstuffs and beverages as directed by the chef cook
5Ensuring that a high standard of hygiene is maintained and appropriate records kept
6Support the Chef Cook in the kitchen clean down procedures
7Ensure that you adhere to all other Policy and Procedures relating to the ...
