The Applications department at FLM Loans is expanding and we are looking for target driven individuals to join our team This role is focused on customer service ensuring that the experience with FLM is as simple and efficient as possible
Speaking to customers on the phone your role will involve verifying loan applications ensuring the customers details are all correct and that they are confident and happy with the service that FLM provide Experience in a sales environment is beneficial as you will be reselling and upselling where appropriate
As an FLM Applications operator you will be taking inbound calls so confidence on the phone is a must You must have excellent communication skills and be great at rapport building This is a fast paced environment so you will need to be a fast learner and target driven
