An exciting Residential Care Home Managers role has arisen within a Organisation who provide Residential and Nursing Care for Older People They are currently looking for Registered Manager to oversee their 36 bedded Home in Stourbridge The primary objective of this role is to provide quality assurance and leadership to the staff team within the Home
Specific Responsibilities of the role will include the following
Operational management of the staff Team working in a matrix with functional leads such as Finance Quality and HR
To manage and motivate a diverse workforce whilst maintaining appropriate levels of quality service performance and clinical governance
Continuous development of market knowledge
Take an active role in the management and development of relationships with Local Authority Commissioners within the Region
Role Requirements
NVQ 4 or Nursing Qualification RMA
Must have been a Registered Manager before
