Operations Manager required for my client in Cambridge
Reporting to the Cambridge General Manager the Operations Manager will take full ownership of the Cambridge Operations team including production planning purchasing and inventory management functions You will be responsible for meeting customer requirements and improvement objectives in line with SC21 and the CEMS business strategy Heshe will manage the Cambridge Operations team and the Cambridge manufacturing facilities and he will take responsibility for the Operations budget Will host customer and VIP marketing visits and will support sales activity when required to do so Above all the Operations Manager will develop their team into a lean and efficient unit always seeking to improve the service provided to customers using Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will be Degree qualified and have management experience within an electronics manufacturing environment
