I have an exciting new vacancy for a Qualified Social Worker with Older Peoples experience to join a friendly and dynamic team in Halton
Previous experience of working within Intermediate care is essential and experience of working within Older People is also essential You must have a degree in Social work or a masters in Social work or any other GSCC recognised qualification
Working within a local authority in Halton you will become part of the Older Persons Team The role operates Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm however flexibility can be offered within these hours
The role will include managing a caseload involving work with older people and providing Needs Assessments and Care Plans You will be carrying a medium sized case load of intermediate care clients You will also be safeguarding older people and creating packages of care
