An insurance organisation is in search for an experienced Locum Insurance Agent to join the business
The Role
The role is crucial to the clients growth strategy because it provides cover in event of unexpected departure or absences of the clients Agencies You will work closely with existing Agents to ensure they reach annual sale targets which you have agreed with them You will help manage and develop staff up skill and coach the sales staff and ensure the sales activity is in accordance with the agreed Agency plans which will involve you directly managing existing key accounts and attracting new clients You will initially be required to report to an office based in Berkshire however you must be prepared to travel South East of the country when necessary
