PURPOSE OF ROLE
OBJECTIVES
To lead all members of the Store team to deliver outstanding levels of service to all customers in the most effective and profitable manner while ensuring policy compliance

1 To achieve financial targets and ensure Store profitability
2 To achieve sales profit and customer satisfaction by building a strong team to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and exceptional store standards by effectively utilising all resources
