My client a well known law firm based in the centre of Sheffield is currently seeking claims administrators to join their team A large part of this role will be handling calls from clients regarding claims from road traffic accidents therefore an excellent telephone manner and previous experience within an office based customer focused role is essential
You will be responsible for making and receiving calls from new clients to guide them through the process of making a legal claim following a road traffic accident
As you will be dealing with client enquiries you will be expected to provide a high level of client care have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels
The successful candidate will possess a good standard of education with GCSEO Level or equivalent to include Maths and English at Grade C or above Legal qualifications or previous legal work experience would be an advantage for the role...
