Zest Technology is seeking an experienced 1st line supporthelpdesk technician This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a broad range of technical skills who is looking for a role to develop these skills
You will be the first point of contact for all hardware software faults provide general helpdesk telephone support of all Microsoft products You will install new hardware software add remove configure email accounts support printers and photocopiers and many other first line support issues
Technically you have worked in a similar supporthelpdesk role with knowledge of Microsoft windows XP Vista windows 7 A good understanding of Microsoft office is also required to include word excel outlook etc
You will possess an excellent professional manner strong communication skills together with the ability to learn pick up new skills
