Swim nursing team are looking to recruit a Health Care Assistant for a temporary position running until 29th January 2012
The role is working 84 hours a week 12 hours a day Monday to Sunday One week on then one week off

Duties
Provision of general basic nursing care under supervision of the practice nurse team leader undertaking tasks and duties delegated by a suitably qualified regulated professional Provision of administrative support as required within competencies They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients following policy and procedures alongside nurses and administrative staff in the service and delivery of the care management of the practice population To assist the MOs and practice nurse teams within Primary Health Care clinics Occupational Health assessment clinics chronic disease clinics health promotion
