My client is a major supplier of automated products and solutions for varying scientific applications Due to restructure a requirement has arisen for a Control Systems Manager Special Purpose Machinery to join a team that is heavily immersed in the drug discovery biobanking and pharmaceutical testing industries This role will be based near Manchester and is commutable from Warrington Salford Wigan and Stockport
The Control Systems Manager Special Purpose Machinery will take a lead in the growth of this division with daily activities including
Design and production of electrical layout and schematic drawings
Concept design and costings
Commissioning or Motion Control Systems IO Subsystems Instruments and other mechanical or electrical equipment
Design of Electrical and Control System architecture
Production of design calculations design specifications operation and maintenance manuals and test specifications
