Our client is a rapidly expanding Managed Services Company providing a range of Building Services Maintenance Solutions and ME services they have a number of prestigious contracts across the UK within their Multisite Maintenance division Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit a Contract Manager based in or around Leeds Yorkshire area to manage a portfolio of multisite clients
The Role
The remit of the Contract Manager role
Ensure financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded
Ensure opportunities for strategic development of the contracts are exploited to deliver increased turnover and profitability additional services and projects are added and contracts are rewon on retender
Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery reduction of WIP work in progress debt cost reduction and contract growth
