We are recruiting for a Field based Employment Advisor covering the South Ayrshire area
As an Employment Adviser you will
Explain and agree the appropriate course of action to move candidates towards employment
Conduct training needs analysis
Build relationships with employers in order to fill a greater proportion of their jobs with appropriate candidates
Work to targets by ensuring that vacancies are filled with the right candidates within agreed timescales
Organise and deliver presentations to groups of candidates
Evaluate candidates skills match them to current vacancies and prepare them for interviews
Conduct on site employer health safety assessments in line with programme contract requirements

A customer focused background with previous experience in Welfare to Work Recruitment or Training
