Job Summary
To assist the Manager Information Technology Infrastructure to ensure all the company IT services are maintained to a high standard of availability and to provide day to day support to all Horsham users in respect of their IT needs for business
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Manager Information Technology Infrastructure to ensure all Horsham IT services are developed maintained and controlled to a high level of availability and user expectancy and action any requests made by the Manager Information Technology Infrastructure to achieve this high level of service
Respond and resolve IT requests and queries logged via the IT Support Help Desk in accordance to the priorities set and the associated SLAs and in general provide guidance and IT support to Horsham users when called upon
