My client who is based in Swansea is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician due to expansion Dealing with clients around South Wales however you may have to travel and occasional overnight stays as they also have SMEs all around UK
Main Duties
Experience of working within a small IT helpdesk environment
Excellent IT maintenance repair skills
Experience of working Business 2 business IT helpdesk
Talking customers through any IT issues they have and fix problems via remote access
Ability to build rapport with customer
Going out to visit clients at business premises to fix any IT issues
Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience within an IT helpdesk environment
IT qualifications to at least A level preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
Car driver essential pool car available
