Residential Care Worker Cheshire
Experienced residential care worker required by an energetic and forward thinking specialist residential care service designed to support young people aged between ten and eighteen who have a range of complex needs requiring support education and therapeutic intervention
The successful candidate will already have
Must have proven experience in residential child care including key worker
NVQ 3 qualified in childcare and must undertake mandatory training
Good written and verbal communication skills
Report writing experience
Able to understand and empathise with the needs of the young people
Must have a Full manual driving licence
Must be at least 21 National Minimum Standards
