Our Client has created this new role for a candidate who is quite literally going to blow their socks off To provide a high quality of nursing care To assist in identifying and addressing the health and social care of all residents To always work in a proactive professional manner to promote the good name of the home
To provide a high standard of nursing care to residents based on the assessment of care needs and in consultation with the resident their relatives and care team
To observe residents for signs of ill health and problems respond in an appropriate proactive manner and liaising with relevant members of multi disciplinary team including GP
To order administer and return medicines according to policies
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales and then reviewed at least once a month in line with the homes polices and procedures
