Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will be a Key member of the Commercial Team in delivering profitability for the region This will be achieved through contract procurement cost planning and control and general commercial input through the development process
The candidate will need to prove a commercial track record in New Build housing development possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and have the drive energy and interpersonal skills to succeed in this growing role
