Housing Officer Llandrindod Wells
Temporary Contract 1400 PAYE 1810 LTD PH
We are looking for a Housing Officer to complete a short term temporary contract for the local authority based in Llandrindod Wells
The role is to provide the day to day management of approximately 450 properties across a large and mostly rural area Duties will include
Estate Management
Tenancy Management
ASB
Allocations
Housing and welfare advice
Homelessness issues
Successful applicants will have worked in a similar housing role previously have up to date knowledge of housing legislation and access to their own vehicle for work purposes
The role is full time working Monday to Friday 900 am to 1730 pm The role pays an hourly rate of 1400 PAY 1810 LTD per hour on an ongoing temporary basis
