My client is looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager
The purpose of the role is to direct promote and coordinate human resources activities such as recruitment induction staff development compensation performance management and employee services by performing the following duties
Essential duties and responsibilities
Recruit interview test and select employees alongside line managers
Contract with outside suppliers to provide employee services such as temporary employees recruitment agencies and advertising suppliers
Plan and conduct new employee induction to foster positive attitude toward company goals and adherence with companywide policies and procedures
Support line managers with the development of the workforce to include training and development coaching and reviewing organisational structures and job roles
