Senior and Project Surveyor required for Heathrow Airport contractor
I am currently recruiting for a senior and project level quantity surveyors to work over at Heathrow The contractor is on the framework there and is benefiting from an increase in waves of work coming through from BAA The projects are in the 2m 5m price range and can be either land or air side so checks on your history will be undertaken
The Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running one of the above mentioned projects full duties are included to run the projects from inception to completion You will need to procure packages then run them through to completion final account Any dispute resolution issues will be covered by the SQSMQS
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be looking after a few jobs managing the project surveyors and focusing on the client interaction and dispute resolution
