The Role
This is a day to day maintenance and upkeep role for a number of residential and commercial properties primarily in the West Yorkshire area
Main Duties
The role relies on the candidate being able to undertake jobs in the property sector without supervision and with initiative The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep maintenance and certain management tasks of a growing portfolio of properties The ideal candidate should have experience in building maintenance and familiarity with both residential and commercial properties is an advantage A van will be provided
