One of Europes leading and fastest growing technology organisations are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Technical Account Manager to join their team based in west London
You will be the first pint of call for a portfolio clients ensuring issues of a technical nature are dealt with effectively and thoroughly by the relevant support teams and any issues are seen through to a positive resolution Where required you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with technical services delivered including a say in SLAs implementation projects and reporting You will also have a good eye for spotting upcrossselling opportunities from a technical point of view
Role requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of either Linux or Microsoft technologies
Ability to build trust and rapport within client organisations
Passion for customer service
