Ripe 4 is currently recruiting for a powerhouse client in the field of manufacturing for a Facilities Engineer
In this role your primary responsibility is to maximise our site facilities uptime and reliability This means some of the following site utilities steam compressed air refrigeration plant hot and cold water effluent treatment cooling towers fire sprinkler systems and associated site utilities to ensure full legal compliance You will also support the planned preventative maintenance programmes and resolve complex technical issues
Responsibilities
Manage specialist contractors to help maintain and repair utilities assets
Work in compliance with site safety and GMPGHP standards and procedures and ensure compliance of all associates carrying out maintenance activities in home areas
Develop and ensure delivery of an integrated and optimised mechanical electrical reliability plan on home area including necessary PPM documentation
