Working as a member of the Sales Management team and reporting to the Sales Director this individual will be actively contributing towards attainment of the companys strategic objectives
Other key accountabilities expected
Producing an ongoing and consistent flow of profitable business to the company from your sector by leading the activities of the sector sales team
Ensuring the motivation of the sector sales team by good management practices including personal development plans and regular reviews
In conjunction with The Sales Director recruiting sales sales support staff who will increase our level of sales skills and customer care
Handling of holiday requests expenses authorisation ensuring appropriate behaviour and presentation standards are maintained to the level expected by the company
