Quality Assurance Training Manager Required
Our client is a leading home care provider based in Staffordshire and has asked us to find someone who can head up the quality assurance department and the training department
With the correct training comes an outstanding quality driven workforce
This is a strategic role the ideal individual will not necessarily need to have a background or experience in writing training programs as the regional trainers are all capable of writing training courses but must have a quality assurance best practise background and be driven to provide achieve the highest levels of quality in the care industry
The role will be a strategic one where you would be head up the combined departments and not necessarily have to carry out all the audits yourself you will be required to lead and direct the team and also feed in to the trainers for them to write the training course in line with your vision
