Exciting opportunity with a major bank based finance company for a field based Collections Representatives
This role requires a confident individual whose key purpose is to collect payments or secure assets mainly cars with the aim of reducing collection losses and adding to the bottom line
You will need to be self motivated and have good time management as you use your skills and enthusiasm to see as many collection customers as possible
You will use your communication skills to ensure that these customers understand the consequences of defaulting and your negotiating skills to get as many positive outcomes as possible whilst ensuring that the key value of Treating Customers Fairly is paramount in your solutions
