Working in a large car dealership to support the used car retail sales team by ensuring all customer visiting or phoning the used car retail site are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
ACCOUNTABILITIES
To ensure all customers visiting the used car retail site are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
Assist the sales team by ensuring all overflowed telephone calls are answered within departmental guidelines and appropriate messages and taken and duly passed to the relevant person Administration of any email enquires from customers
Assisting the sales team with sending additional information to perspective customers via post and email
In conjunction with the Web Coordinator assisting with implementing new vehicles onto the website
