Handyperson Caretaker required in East London to ensure the upkeep of 4 Properties
The job holder will report to the Buildings Manager Formal contact to include the following regular team meetings weekly team briefings monthly 121 meetings and an annual appraisal
The purpose of this job is to support the line manager in ensuring that the building facilities and grounds are kept in good order through a schedule of planned works and timely remedial maintenance and repairs
