Our client has a superb career opportunity for a technical qualified accountant who has excellent communication skills Acting as a consultant advisor you will need a good understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS This varied role will use your technical accounting skills as we as your commercial business mind
You will be involved in preparation of reports of corporate and private equity acquisitions Reporting working capital for flotations on AIM Liaising with banks lawyers etc
Ideally from an Audit background and worked for a top 20 firm ACA ACCA or CIMA qualified Please note that this role will involve travel around the South East and London Good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS are a must This Financial Accountant Finance Manager positions is one of a consultant and due to this the ability to form relationships from different departments is a must
