Our client A well established group in the child care services is currently looking to employ a highly experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to work in their Dartford based childrens home
The Ideal applicant will
Have experience working in a young adults residential unit
Be NVQ 3 or equivalent qualified
Have a strong background in dealing with young adults that portray challenging and destructive behavior
Have a minimum of 2 years working at a senior level
