The Role
Liaise with colleagues to identify suitable placementwork opportunities
Speak with placement providers to verify placements are completed
Manage and support a caseload of customers into gaining sustainable employment by providing a tailored service based on their individual action plan
Provide a quality job and vacancy matching service
Support customers with CV writing Interview skills Timekeeping Selfconfidence and Advert Analysis
