Our client are a large local government body and are looking for a senior legal assistant to join their team This is initially a 6 month contract however this may be extended for the right candidate
Our client is looking for someone to come on board and provide assistance with renewals of leases under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Essentially our client is looking for someone with an appropriate Legal Qualification who has had at least 1 years experience preferably within a public sector organisation who has experienced of drafting legal documents such as leases Also you will have extensive knowledge of Commercial Property Law primarily Landlord and Tenant law and practice along with General Property Management
Experience of dealing with market lease renewals would be a great advantage...
