We are currently recruiting RMNs to join a low secure unit based in South Wales that is dedicated to the treatment of people with a personality disorder
This role offers will offer you the responsibility for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to the unit You will be accountable for the general nursing service delivery Clinically the focus of the role is the delivery of evidencebased practice for patients and management and preventative nursing interventions to all patients As autonomous practitioners the nurse is responsible for the care delivered demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decisionmaking They will work collaboratively with the whole team to meet the needs of patients supporting the delivery of policy and procedures
